Is a deposit required ?
Yes a 25% deposit will be required on booking. Full payment of all invoices are due and payable by cleared funds 10 working days prior to the date of installation of equipment or service. Our Bank details will be provided on your invoice. See our Prices page.
What is your cancellation policy ?
If the event is cancelled by the Hirer by more than 48 hours and less than 30 days before the event date then 25% of the total hire charge is payable. For cancellations of less than 48 hours before the installation date, the total full hire charges will be applied. See our Terms & Conditions page

Are your marquees waterproof ?
Yes they are manufactured to a very high standard and are 100% PVC coated giving the material a greater water resistance.
How long does it take to set up ?
Depending on the size and style of your marquee we can get the marquee, flooring and lighting all set up within 5 hours. Additional requirements such as furniture and dance floors can take longer depending on the site and how close we can get our vehicles to the site.
When will you set up and take down the marquee ?
We try to set up at the last possible day before the event, but usually we will get everything set up 2 days before the event. This allows for final decorations and preparations to be added and avoids extra last minute set up. We usually aim to dismantle your marquee the day after the event. We will work with you to arrange a suitable time.
What type of surface can you set up the marquee on ?
Our clear span marquees have no centre pole and are suitable for multiple locations and surface types they can be erected on grass, asphalt and other firm surfaces as they do not need guy ropes.
Can we decorate the marquee ourselves ?
Yes with prior written consent, you are free to add decorations to our marquees using string as opposed to tapes and avoid all crepe paper and party poppers as they can stain our white canvas.
How many people can sit around the tables ?
Round tables size 5′ can seat 6 – 8 people
Trestle tables size 6′ can seat 6 – 8 people depending if they are set up as stand-alone or adjoining.
How much electricity is required for marquee lighting ?
One normal domestic power point is sufficient or you will be required to hire a generator.
